Complete the application form

Students applying for study mobility must complete the following application form and send it to the Erasmus Coordinator. The student’s Transcript of Records must also be attached to the application. Before completing the form, we advise you to consult the Erasmus Coordinator to see the availability of the modules in the partner institutions.

Deadlines

Fall Semester: 30th March

Spring Semester: 30th October

Selection procedure

Each department’s International Committee will select the successful candidates based on academic and language criteria. Results are announced shortly after the deadlines. The responsible person for each department is found below.

Contact with receiving university

After the selection, the student’s Application Form, Learning Agreement and Transcript of Records are filled and send to the receiving university for approval.

Funding

When the receiving university approves the student’s documents and sends a formal acceptance letter, the grant agreement between the student and the sending university is signed. The student needs to bring the IBAN of a bank account to the Erasmus Office before their departure in order to transfer the money.

Online Linguistic Support

Participants must be aware that they have to complete the Online Linguistic Support assessment before and after their mobility abroad.  This is mandatory for all participants except for those that will follow lectures in their mother language.  Based on the assessment results, participants may be advised to take an online language course before and during their mobility, in order to improve their language competences.

Changes on learning agreement

If during the mobility the student wishes to make changes on their Learning Agreement, their sending and receiving department coordinators must be notified and approve the new version.

When the student returns to Cyprus, they must submit to the Erasmus Office the following documents:

  • Certificate by the Receiving University for the period of study abroad completed and signed by the host institution
  • Study report (completed and signed by the beneficiary),
