The B.Sc. (Hons) in Psychology programme is designed to provide a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of psychology.

Programme Aim
  • Demonstrate a thorough grounding in the theory, research and methods of psychology as both an academic and an applied science.
  • Compare, contrast and evaluate theories, research and practice in Psychology and related disciplines.
  • Show awareness of the variety of different perspectives available to them in studying and changing human behavior.
  • Explain and evaluate in depth additional key areas from the discipline of Psychology.
  • Assist students in understanding core areas within Psychology such as research methods, biological psychology, cognitive psychology, personality and individual differences, developmental psychology and social psychology, conceptual and historical perspectives in psychology.

Admission Requirements
The programme is open to all applicants who:
  • Hold a bachelor degree (or equivalent) from an accredited or otherwise recognized institution (the undergraduate major doesn’t need to match up with your graduate programme).
  • Alternatively have several years of work experience, at positions of relevance, in the field of the graduate programme; recommendation letters are welcome.
  • Meet the English Language Proficiency Requirements.
